Super noisy room! It was impossible to sleep and you could hear people talking outside (closed windows, non the less) On top of that a really early checkout time! We had to leave by 1030am. Rooms are nice and fancy, but I’d rather stay in a hotel a little less fancy if I can actually sleep! Never again!

Really good place to stay. Love the concept of no keys needed and access to a kitchen if you want to make your own food. Such a great way to keep costs low when travelling. The gym has more than just the basics of what you need for a decent workout. The safe in the room is tiny, so not able to store a laptop in there. The seal between the shower door did not join, so there was always a puddle after. I really hope that gets fixed soon, as wood rot would be a far more difficult issue to deal with down the line.

I stopped in Germany for 2 nights and stayed at Libertine Lindenberg. First, I want to say the room was super cut and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said, there were a few issues for which I listed below. 1. Check-in instructions were in German; therefore, checking in was time consuming as I had to wing it. 2. I don’t believe my room had air conditioning. If it did, I didn’t know how to use it, as there was no temperature control anywhere. Only a knob that went from 1 to 6. The room had a small fan that I had to put in front of the open window to cool the room down for me to be able to sleep. 3. This brings me to my other point, the noise from the streets could not be blocked out as I had to have the window open. I stayed on a Sunday and Monday night, I cannot imagine what it would be like the other nights. 4. I believe the shampoo and body was bottles were switched. I washed my hair and I couldn’t get the “shampoo” out. I believe it was the body wash. Then I used the body wash and it felt like shampoo. I really wish I would have had a better experience due to the price I paid for the room.

Can I give zero stars? This place sucks. They've clearly tried to save money by cutting staff out of the equation, and the result is an automated check-in experience that takes forever and doesn't even work. We got locked out of the hotel for 20 minutes because the door code they gave us did not work and nobody was answering the phone to buzz us in. This was at 5pm. What's hilarious is the looping voicemail that they play for you on hold: "we're probably busy saving the world...kissing babies, planting trees, protesting, or experimenting with mushrooms..." Do you think anyone wants to hear that you're out in the forest doing drugs while they're sitting on hold, locked out of the hotel with all of their luggage? It was unprofessional and infuriating. We thought at least it was a great location, right in the middle of town. Wrong. This was the worst possible location, directly in the middle of the busiest bar street in Frankfurt. Drunk people screaming and loud house music playing until the late hours of the morning (4am). Pretty sure some people were using our window as target practice for a bottle throwing competition. We had to sleep with ear plugs in. It was hot as hell inside the room as well because we could not crack the windows to let air in due to the noise. The shower did not drain and water completely flooded the entire hallway of our room any time we turned it on. But we couldn't get anybody to come help because there's no staff and the customer support operator was out "experimenting with mushrooms" again. The room also smelled like mildew and sweaty feet. Other small inconveniences: the sink in the bathroom was like the size of a cereal bowl, totally impractical. HDMI in TV completely torn apart. Oh and our car out front very nearly got towed because despite getting an empty space in front of the hotel, there was no staff to warn us that police tow anyone after 10pm. We found out by pure luck from some locals passing by. Nothing works, there's no customer support, an extremely unprofessional voicemail, and you can't even sleep because it's loud. Don't stay here.

Happy with our stay here! A small pretty hotel with a nice atmosphere and boutique feeling. It is located in a lively area (bars and pubs), however closing the windows blocks most of the sound. The 3 of us booked a room with a double bed and a very nice extra bed. Very nice interior! The staff was very friendly. However we barely saw them since there’s no reception. This made the check-in a little tricky, but manageable :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
