        Very well located hotel. Close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops and Saigon Centre (mall). About 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market, 11 minute walk to Independence Palace and just under 20 minute walk to War Remnants Museum. We had booked 2 rooms for a family of four (kids ages 12 and 9) and they were able to accommodate us with a connecting room on arrival. The hotel also provides money exchange services, but please note they only accept newer crisper US bills. The swimming pool was temporarily closed during our stay (Dec 17-20), but expected to reopen shortly. However, the hotel provided free taxi services to its sister hotel about 7 minutes away to use its pool, so if a swimming pool is important to you please contact the hotel prior to booking. Overall solid good quality hotel - recommend and would stay again.

        This hotel is awesome! I stayed here Feb 2023 for 1 week and again for 4 days, Dec 30 - Jan 3. Two separate trips flying from Honolulu, Hawaii. Rooms are excellent, staff are excellent, amenities are excellent, and the location is excellent (right in the middle of everything you need/want to do/see in District 1). I will stay here a third time when I come back to Saigon. Love this hotel!

        You can't have guests visiting past 10pm which is ridiculous. If I knew, I wouldn't have stayed here. They tell you when you have already paid. I was staying in a king room, which fits up to 2 people. But I was travelling alone. My friend who landed at 12am from China, which I found out last minute. When my friend came over, the reception desk called my room to escort my friend. They requested 1million VND for my friend to stay over which doesn't make sense because the king room I booked allowed for 2 guests. The reception desk also came to my door as my friend was getting their belonging to leave. The reception desk gave both of us dirty looks. This is very unnecessary and rude to your customers. I will never stay here again. They had two twin beds and put it together to call it a king bed. And, I am sure they will response to this with a generic response. Absolutely poor experience

        We had a good memories and service in this hotel buffet. Seafood, beef, duck, vegetables is very fresh and savory except bread, butter and potato soup. It’s worth to be here and enjoy the meal.

        Great location for exploring the Ben Thanh Market area . Highlighting the negative part of the hotel. Housekeeping service did not top-up the shower and shampoo , need to ask on the 2nd day They dont accept my photocopy passports and insist on the original . Their other hotel ( Riverside ) gladly accept in . Maintenance of the room are lacking , the toilet door cant locked , the shower curtain/screen was not installed correctly hence cannot be fully closed ( privacy issue) To shower , you need to go into the bathtub and its partly enclosed . This mean that water can easily splashed outside and older folk may struggle to go up the tub especially with wet floors.
