We made our reservation for this place through a booking website, but the process turned out to be quite hectic. We were asked to provide multiple credit cards to secure the booking, and upon arrival, they unexpectedly asked if we preferred to pay in cash, which seemed suspicious. Moreover, our booking was unexpectedly canceled while we were already there, causing us to lose all our travel credits. Regarding the room itself, it was okay, and the housekeeping service was satisfactory. However, the shower had a significant mould problem that could have easily been addressed with the use of bleach for proper cleaning. The main issue we encountered was with the entry process to both the building and our room. Access to both required the use of a mobile phone and internet connection. We received instructions for entry only after we arrived, and it took nearly an hour for us to figure out how to open the building door. This aspect was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, our experience at this place was far from satisfactory. The booking process was complicated and questionable, the cancellation caused unnecessary inconvenience, and the entry requirements were inconvenient and poorly communicated. While the room itself was acceptable and the housekeeping service was great, these positives were overshadowed by the negatives.

The room was stuffy. The fan/air conditioning unit didn’t work. The room smelled like still air and very strongly of artificial fresheners, as if to cover up the smell of something else. There was black mold in the windowsill and in the bathroom. The shower didn’t drain well. The fan in the bathroom was motion activated, and only stayed on for 30 seconds so I had to keep sticking my hand out of the shower to activated it. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear the neighbors. In the middle of the night, somebody was pressing the doorbell downstairs and the doorbell outside of the apartment, and it was horrendously loud. The photos of the rooms are misleading. This looks like a cheap construction inside of an apartment unit. There is no concierge, either. The faucet in the bathroom wouldn’t even pour right because there was so much mold in the aerator. There was mold on the wand in the shower. Don’t be fooled. This is a cheap construction inside of a real apartment, and was designed to look nice but is very low quality. Getting inside the building is also a pain, more than it should be.

They have cancelled my reservation due to incorrect card details. I have given two cards, both of them are working and have made plenty of reservation earlier. I think there were business reasons in the background as I have reserved the hotel room earlier for a much lower price. This attitude is something that deserves 1 star from me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
