It was not a very good experience for us as we experienced no electricity on our last day of stay (Dec.3,2023). None of the staff bothered to show any concern for their guests, some of the guests had to carry their luggage all the way up to the second or even third floor (there wasn’t an available lift) and during the power outage, we couldn’t see anybody trying to fix the issue or even ask of our well-being. The breakfast was okay, and we understand it was a “budget” hotel from the get-go. The ventilation in the bathroom was horrible and some of the wall socket and light switches were coming off the wall. The only good thing about the hotel was that it was so close to freedom square it only took us a quick 10 minute walk. It was a budget option but I feel like it could’ve been better.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Country vibe with old European architectural touch, Streets made me feel warmth and at home . Quiet and peaceful area not noisy . Helpful staff and loved the breakfast budget. Perfect for low budget staycation, rooms come in self-contained furniture setting.

It's a few meters away from the famous Holy Trinity Church and walking distance from the train station. Viewing from windows, you can also see where the highest politician in the country resides. Staff are accommodating.

I stayed here twice already. It’s the hotel partner of Holiday Factory for a 3-star one and I’d say they may have chosen good on this. It’s located just near their cathedral and it’s a walking distance to some of their famous tourist destinations like the Reek park, little Italy, among others. The metro, supermarkets, restaurants are also just walking distance from the hotel. Their breakfast may not be the best but they have excellent taste in food because I noticed their kitchen staff served them with such passion. 🙏🏻 I like how they’re exterior is aesthetically pleasing made of bricks. Anyway, for me it’s highly recommended if you’re on a budget and you wanted comfort of your stay and safety as well.

The rooms were good and functional for one person. My only problem was lack of room maintenance during my stay and a constant AC problem. Enjoyed the Breakfast and Location walkable distance to metro

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
