        It’s too bad I can’t give a positive review. The people who work in the welcome center are great and that’s the only positive thing I can say. If they were running the company perhaps there would be better communication and service. The apartment I stayed in was one of the more expensive properties and on the surface looked like luxury. They do not clean the river view apartment building and I was there for a month so saw this first hand. The cleaning crew may clean the apartment before a tenant moves in but not the actual building itself. It’s disgusting. One day our oven door glass shattered and instead of sending a maintenance person they sent the cleaning crew to vacuum the glass hours later so in order to make sure my family and I did not hurt ourselves I cleaned most of it up myself. Garbage was left on the stairs in front of the building for days at a time probably because the trash room was allowed to become so full that it was disgusting and it is remarkable there were no rodents. Trash was there for at least two weeks before being removed. No calls were ever returned so in order for me to get any answers or anything done I would have to physically go to the welcome center and though this was not their job the women there would do there best to get in touch with the people that were supposed to be available to tenants when something went wrong. Emails were not replied to some times for days and there is more but I’ll leave it here and hope you get the gist of how strongly I would recommend staying anywhere else but one of these properties.

        Horrible, disgraceful experience. We were in an apartment in Marques, the building was nicely renovated but the smell of mold was unbearable and it was extremely cold. After several messages to the property, they managed to send someone to fix the AC but still the smell stayed and, all in all, we spend 2 out of 4 nights in total cold. No apologies, no discounts, nothing. Avoid at all cost this people.

        Be cautious of the Living company, as they can jeopardize your company's profitability. Their practices include delayed payments, additional costs through intermediary firms, slow customer service, unprofessional room cleaning, resulting in customer complaints, negative reviews, and a decrease in your building's rating and value. Disputes such as furniture damages and excessive water consumption are resolved unfavorably, burdening you financially. The owner, Alfonso, shows reluctance in addressing operational issues, leading to expenses exceeding the promised 25% for building owners. Collaborating with this company guarantees a negative impact on your business, given their unwillingness to improve. Avoid them to safe guard your finances.

        Just terrible. This is close to fraud. They offer apartments on idealista for reasonable prices and when you contact them they tell you the prices will increase up to 75%!!! In Germany this would be declared as a scam for sure. Just disgusting way to take advantage of people who are looking for a place to stay for long term.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
