Great place to stay. Appartment is (too?) spacious (TV approx. 5 meters from the bed), modern and clean. Great location, we hardly used our public transport pass because just about everything is within walking distance.

Excellent place to stay in Prague. The location is excellent (5-10 minutes to the Old city by foot). There are plenty of supermarkets, clothes shops and bars around the aparthotel. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. The mattresses were very comfortable. Each room had TV with Netflix app. Heating was efficient. Staff was very kind and responsive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place as a bargain to stay in Prague. The only bad thing was the construction site in front of the building and its noise during the day. But is not a fault of the property itself and should be temporary.

The apartment was great. It was designed in a excellent way. Its preety big as well. It has everything you need and it is very clean. The apartment in real life is so much better then the photos.And the lady that gave as the key is friendly and polite aswell. The best thing is the location . It literally has everything in 30-70m walk(and it is close to the most things that a tourist would desire, like the astronomical clock the square or the river),it even has a mall across the building. The view is great aswell. And all this in a great price.

Good service, they give you a welcome bottle of water and towels, but they don't change them afterwards and until you leave the hotel they don't come to clean the room. The only thing I would add is thicker glass, on the lower floors at night you can hear the noise of the tram and even of the people who talk

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
