I was book this place 6 days, And I like it, when I check in they give me a keys And show me how it work, staff was helpful . for me I feel like home there , so if I back SG I will book again, one more thing if you want to cook lets them know they will give you more equipment. the bed was comfortable

Very unprofessional staff. Slow response. They agreed to meet with us and they didnt show up. We had to wait at least 30 minutes until the cleaning staff opened the door for us. They asked for a ridiculous amount of money for an apartament with leak and humidity problems.Not this street but the apartaments in nguyen van huong. Thanks for wasting my time

Rude housekeeping staff. The parking area is cramped, causing scratches and damage to customers' cars. The staff doesn't do a good job and only worries about the guests' privacy. Room cleaning was not clean, clothes were washed too hard and torn. Customers give comments and express their attitudes. The landlord does not receive feedback, never answers the phone, text messages take weeks to respond. The electrical system is dangerous and can easily cause a fire or explosion. Cooking the kettle at high speed will cause the wires to spontaneously catch fire. Anyone who wants to spend money and have a bad experience should stay here!
