Stayed in one of their dorms. So my review will be for the dorms and through a backpacker's hostel perspective. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a place to socialize or expect different events organized by hostels. There's no kitchen and outside food is not allowed. Having said that, if you're looking for a quite and peaceful experience, don't want to socialize and get a hotel experience on a hostel's budget, this is the place for you. The mattress is quite comfortable, there's privacy curtain and reading lights for each bed. Rooms are cleaned and towels are replaced everyday. Separate lockers with inbuilt locks are available. The bathroom is clean and also has amenities such as shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. There's a pool and the staffs are super helpful and polite.

Very nice boutique hotel. We had a suite which was very large and very clean. Front desk was extremely helpful - they happily helped us out by arranging an extra night for us after I messed up our travel dates. Easy to get around to various areas as cabs are extremely cheap. Would highly recommend staying here!

Had such an enjoyable stay at Lilit Bang. The beds were large and very comfortable. All the little added extras were a nice touch. The rooms had a reading corner and a balcony. The pool was never busy whilst I was staying here and was always clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices and an egg station where you could request what type of egg you wanted - I recommend the poached eggs 🥚. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, booking a taxi for me onto my next destination. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Such a nice hotel im bangkok! Its kind of far from the main bangkok attractions but the area was peaceful. Removing 1 star because I experienced spider bites on my arm and neck… Newly built spacious rooms that were pretty much soundproof. The king sized bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was strong and adjustable. Nice long counter to put your stuff. There is a small closet that has robes, slippers, safe, and hair dryer.

Rooms were basic with odd layouts and no mirrors in bathrooms. When we arrived the WiFi in our room did not work. Apparently this room frequently doesn’t have working WiFi and we were moved. Our second room HAD NO WORKING HOT WATER. Both nights we could not have warm showers. Room service is nice, cafe is pretty good, and beds were comfy!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
