I stayed for one night the stuff was so nice and helpful specially Burrak at the reception. The standard room was clean and beautiful but small space inside overall the hotel worth it

Food was very sub-par. The restaurant was just a Buffet for the most part. Rooms are very basic, mostly Dark. My washroom had a leak in the ceiling. No english channels on TV only 1 option. Bed was one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. The floor was a better option. Lobby was nice, bar looked nice. Staff was overall friendly.

Good stay at a fair price. Not 5 stars by most western standards, but a solid 4 store city hotel. Price was good so would give it 4.5 stars. Rooms are clean and reasonably nice. Bed mattresses are a bit cheap. Sheets of good quality. Good at the restaurant has lots of variety for various palates.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
