        Came with family for 5 nights for New Year’s. Got a very nice large suite, can’t complain. Food freshness and variety was exceptional. Service all around was good except on actual New Year’s event. We were seated at a table where the waitress was brand new and didn’t know how to do her job properly. She didn’t come for any drinks or even water for hour+ until we complained couple of times. Then she served us wrong type of drinks. She served appetizers and then nothing else for hours straight. When we complained it’s 10pm and everyone else is eating desert except our table she served straight desert, no main course and no salad as per menu. Complained to multiple managers and finally at 11:15pm our table was eating main course. Just unacceptable to hire a newbie for such an event to save on costs who proceeded to apologize and make even more mistakes. Ruined otherwise a great experience at the hotel at the very end

        Wonderful experience and the staff are lovely! The hotel does its best to make sure you have a comfortable stay and the rooms are always renovated. Amazing kids club out of all hotels in Lara beach. The kids club does its best to make sure kids are entertained and so many toy options for your kids. Highly highly recommend for everyone to come to Limak Lara. Thank you so much for making sure our stay is memorable.

        From when we entered the hotel, the service was good from taking the luggage to the room, however I must say if you are travelling in November then be aware they turn the air conditioning off and only heat comes out. It was 25 degrees (outside temperature) and we had to keep the balcony door open during the night which made things better but was noisy as you could hear the workers and bin men etc. When we complained the response was air con is off in the entire hotel?! If you pay top money per night you would expect basic necessities such as air con. Otherwise the good was daily room cleans which were very nice, the food and drinks and Turkish tea were excellent, all 3 meals were fresh and the food didn’t cause any upset stomachs, the private beach was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely be back providing the air con works in the summer 😂

        We are happy that we chose this hotel to relax. Fantastic hotel with great, professional service. Manger Sakir gave us on arrival room upgrade, also very humble and helpful person. Room is really nice, clean and specious. Diner, lunch and breakfast really nice and food tasty. Had also great time in lobby bar. The hotel is not far from the airport, that is an advantage. My son have also had a great experience and have mention to return to this hotel!!!Simply the best. I will be definitely back 🤩🤩🤩

        Lovely hotel, lots of food choices and for kids. Plenty to do. Indoor and outdoor pools. Kids pools and slides and play areas. Great place for kids. Only thing I wasn't happy about it the aircon wasn't working. When we put the temperature down it still blew hot hair out. They said it because it only has heating on at moment. But being a temperature 🌡 adjustment in room you think it would blow out cool air. It very stuffy and hot in room at night. But part from that a great hotel and great location. Near plenty of shops and mall. Close to beach. Everything you need is local. Friendly staff.
