Our stay at Lime Villa was particularly pleasant. The welcome from Paolo and his wife was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and ideally located. Kim's kindness and dedication to ensuring that we had a wonderful stay is undoubtedly one of the most positive aspects of this establishment. Booking transport, providing information on activities in the region, giving advice on places not to be missed, everything is done to make guests' stay as easy as possible. We recommend this establishment wholeheartedly and will return without hesitation on our next visit to Hoi An 🫶🏻

We stayed here for 2 Nights and we really enjoyed this place. The stuff and owner are very friendly, polite and helpful. The Room was very clean and we really like the style of it. Breakfast was included and was super delicious. You could choose from eggs, baguette, toast, fresh fruits, yoghurt and more. Also there was free coffee all day. We can definitely recommend!

Amazing place, people, pool & perfect breakfast! Would recommend a scooter either bring your own or rent at Lime Villa. Managers from Italy via Costa Rica, great people, cute family, very personable, a welcome surprise here in Vietnam. Should you go, tell them that "Will I am", sent you and they will take excellent care of you! Their buffet breakfast was worth the price of the hotel alone! Fresh fruits, breads, salad, and numerous cood to order items from soups, to omelets to eggs just how you like them. Special mention to their homemade yogurt!😋🥳🧡 Great sunrise from the rooftop!🧡🙏

Lime Villa is the perfect place to relax and vacation in Vietnam! The staff are warm and friendly, their services and English are very good, the food is delicious! Breakfast and dinner menus offer a variety of delicious options. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, the hot water endless, and water pressure is amazing. Having a clean and comfortable couch in the room makes a huge difference, the patios were wide and able to sit two chairs and a table with lots of room to lounge about. Or lounge at the pool where the chairs are adjustable and with new cushions. The pool was clean, clear and warm. Lime Villa offered a variety of excursions and we tried the cooking class, exceptional! We were also offered seats at the local beach in two locations associated with the Lime Villa, a local tailor, motor bike rentals and private in room massage from a spa. This location is close to the beach, peaceful and quiet. We had the perfect vacation, thanks to the outstanding staff and owner, who made our trip the best ever! Thank you Lime Villa! ❤️

We had a great time as a group of friends at Lime Villa. Kim was extremely helpful and spoke great english. She happily went to the supermarket for us to get us snacks and drinks and was always helpful with helping to book transport. The pool was amazing and the rooms spotless with lovely en suites and blaconies. Breakfast was great as well

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
