Overall location and rooms are good. However, I was very disappointed to know 2 hours before arrival that the room which I have booked is not available. I was offered another room which is much smaller. Thanks for the refund, but I would rather stay in the room which I’ve initially booked. Very disappointing. Next time I won’t know if I get the room which I book and not downgraded one.

This hotel is simply waste of money. There was no reception in place and I could not get any support during my 5 days of stay there. I posted my problems on their website but only received a template answer and that they are very sorry for this. The suite was smaller than what it was agreed during online booking and did not match the pictures. I was expecting room service at the 3rd day of my stay, but they did not give any room service and recharging of bathroom items and coffee during my 5 days stay. It was written during booking that there is a central washing machine, but it was a lie.

Awful. I decided to book anyway due to price, it having a kitchenette, and location. We were not given any towels for a baby and housekeeping did not provide them the day we asked due to way management communicated with them. Then, a week after checking out, we get a message saying we left the room exceptionally soiled and owe 50 Euros - what? We have stayed in 100 hotels and have NEVER had this issue. No explanation was with it, no photos, etc. PS- the kitchenette doesn't have a freezer.

It's perfect place for single/couple travelers who focus on functionality and modern environment. You can cook and have a coffee in the room, and just walk to the city center in 10-15 mins. But one thing should remind is that have to check the email in advance to get the access code for the entrance. If you expect some concierge or additional service, would better to find normal hotels. In general, I would like to come again.

Communication very confusing. THIS NOT A HOTEL, more a Room Rental Rental with 0 service. CLAIM to be „Better then a hotel“ - in fact a investment company crushing it for fast return of investment, no human interaction and „guests“ are treated as cash cows. BE AWARE - better book a Motel 1 or Best Western and you get the service at a better price value point. Fresh paint and a hop website/ image isn’t replacing hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
