After reading some reviews on the internet, I thought I’d be staying in a room which is dirty with no airco and no hot water and I went to the hotel with very low expectations. On the contrary, the room was very clean with a properly working airco. There was hot water in the shower and everything was as it was promised in the hotel page. The downside of this hotel is that it is very far from the city and you need to take two busses to reach the city center. I had to book this hotel the last minute and I though 4 km distance is nothing but I was wrong. I spent too much time in the busses also because the nearest metro station was temporarily closed. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

I stayed two nights. Rooms and entry area ok. But: warm water was not working, heavy smell from bathroom, bright blinking lights from smoke sensor disturbing during night, broken handle bar of toilet brush, service available from 9:00, only. After I complained the offered me 10% reduction, which is not enough. All in all disappointing. I would not go there again.

room price too high compared to the services offered. The room was small, the sheets of low quality, but the worst thing is the lack of assistance (there is no reception and therefore no staff). Assistance is provided via whatsapp, they respond after hours and if you have a problem they do not send you anyone (perhaps the cleaning staff the next day). ah i forgot my phone in the room and they took it saying they found nothing. No reception desk; everything is new, yet the digital system is not working. We got no codes to enter the building, no codes for our room either. We ended up finding a hotel somewhere else at midnight, after spending over one entire hour trying to fill out digital forms that would go nowhere. We got no refunds. We learned that other customers experienced similar problems. Eventually you get an impersonal WhatsApp message with no apology, no refunds either. No recognition on their part to acknowledge the system is not working. Stay away.
