limehome is the best choice that I’ve made while planning my trip to Frankfurt. The single suite is spacious, clean and is being decorated very modern and minimalist. They also provided me with the goodies full of with earplugs, toothbrush and a coffee mug. The location is very close to the train station, which makes my trip a lot easier. Plus, the whole process of booking, checking in and out was so simple with digitalisation. I very much recommend this place while you are in Frankfurt.

Limehome is a very comfortable place to stay. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Kitchen and fridge were great. Only complaint is that our kitchen was missing spoons and a cutting knife. Was fairly quiet at night but we had a mid week stay. Location is good but be wary near the train station.

I have no idea why this Hotal can cancel my reservation two hours before I checked in the Hotel, they told me that my credit card is not work , and I use the same credit card to book again in this Hotel website and it can be used without any problem, they charged me with same room for 400 euros more with same room same period. I cannot believe how their system work and how can they inform their customer in the last two hours for this problem.

Be careful with this company, they simply cancel your reservation a few hours before you arrive at the location. Imagine the despair for me, as I am a foreigner. So at the same time they canceled, I tried to book again, and there were no more rooms available. Very strange that in 5 minutes the hotel was suddenly full, there were several rooms available. It seems to me that they wanted to give the vacancies to specific people.

They simply canceled my accommodation in the middle of my stay and reserved it for someone else. Like "Leave now with your bags! !" I've never seen this in my life! Lack of respect. They don't even want to warn you, since everything is digital. And they won't refund the rest of your money. Not to mention the drug users, drug dealers and beggars in the surrounding area. Zero rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
