Clean, quiet, very spacious, very nicely - artistically - decorated. Flawless soundproofing, you really forget that you are so close to the airport. Dynamic, hospitable, happy and helpful staff. A very nice, clean, welcoming gym. The breakfast-buffet was truly fantastic. Superior, in all regards. The whole, at a decent and reasonable price. Don’t think of this place as just a lay-over hotel. To visit Frankfurt, you could very well stay here. And then use the close-by train station, to go and visit other places in Germany or in other EU country. They should join the airport/train-station shuttle, which serves some of the other hotels of the sector, though... But even if they don’t, I would stay again in this hotel. Thank you. Just keep it up, please!

I had two stays (Nov and Dec 2023) in quiet rooms with comfortable mattresses and bedding. I could view the highway traffic but there was no traffic noise at all. A pity that I could not shut down the bath ventilator though I could turn off the air condition. Soap dispenser was malfunctioning, and I informed the receptionist. Staff was friendly and the lounge was nice. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the breakfast. Scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold in addition to a less than inviting look and taste. The rolls were sticky and lacked flavor. Blueberry yoghurt and tea were enjoyable. Five stars relate to the very comfortable and quiet room.

We stayed a total of 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It is located close to the airport and train station, which is great since there is no airport shuttle. The rooms were clean and the overall appearance of the hotel had a clean appearance. Beds were comfortable. Showers had great water pressure and hot water. We did not try the breakfast or food/drink downstairs. We prepaid for the rooms. There was a 6 euro "city and tourism" fee charged the day we checked out.

This hotel is great and especially the staff is very nice. I left my bag at the hotel and they sent it to my home address. Thank you! I would recommend staying here - clean and quiet rooms, very good breakfast and other meals.

Receptionist doing night duty(long haired) was rude and acted as if we are getting free accomodation. He needs to be taught how to deal with customers during check in and reminded that he doesnt own the hotel. Staff in the morning were wonderful and very well behaved, like how any normal hospitality employee would be.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
