50% of staff at the counter aren’t so helpful no comb was inside the comb box line friends are only on the decorations its quite hard to get a taxi from the hotel, not many waiting and staff isnt helpful about getting taxi security team and bag deposit staff are good

It takes about 20 minutes to queue up to check in🫣 Line theme rooms are available in pink and blue Because only the tail room is left in pink color So we chose the blue room💙 The entire third floor of the hotel is equipped with Line theme rooms. There are many check-in slots in the corridor👏🏻 Corridors also have a blue or pink theme Our room is a twin room There is a beautiful bear on the terrace🐻You can check in You can also see people playing zip lining It’s so pretty with the sunlit lights at night✨ The toilet and bathroom are big enough Bathtub and tub position No problem for a family of four 👍🏻 It’s convenient enough for Datong children to take a shower Children bring a bath ball to Bobo Soaking in the bath is very good🫶🏻 Remember not to take away Line items from the hotel🙈 There is a list with prices 㗎😂 No toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers for children Remember to bring your own when bringing children

The rooms are not big but the decoration is exquisite. It is located in the south and there are not many tourists. The stores are very trendy. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no gym.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
