-very smelly; the room smell isn’t that bad but the hallways have a strong BO/musty smell -towels and pillow were dirty when we got in our room -hotel feels old and unclean -beds are soft and bouncy tho -shampoo, body wash, tooth brush, water bottle, soap, shower cap, razor, comb, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer provided -few other hotel amenities -wifi is so-so -the door keys are very finicky and often take many tries to open -the bathroom has a tub/shower combo but doesn’t seem clean enough or large enough to use the tub -staff was very kind and held our luggage before check in (2 backpacks) -many shops and restaurants in the area -convenient to the main station -elevator is small and probably won’t fit a stroller or wheelchair -the room has a red safety light you can’t turn off and the gap for the door is quite large so a lot of hall light comes in.. beware for light sensitive people -no window -the walls seem very thin and we could easily hear our neighbors

I was so tired from flight as i did not have sleep prior to my departure ..i went in thinking they wont allow me early check in but they did ... i was so happy as im really tired! I ws suppose to check in at 5 they made me check in at 11 am ... thats just added points for the hotel. Love it.

Rooms are better, but the washrooms are a bit small. The hotel staff is cooperative. Location is best with few coffee shops nearby. The busy ximen area is 10 minutes walk from the hotel as well as MRT.

Clean , the front disk lady is good. But the bed. Only combine as one. I think it was single bed. Then they use 2. So not comfortable.

Small rooms, adequate for what we need, helpful front desk staff, wife doesn't like the smell of residual smoke. Convenient location to Taipei main train station, lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
