Good value for money! The room was spacious, perfect if you travel with a family, and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious and seemed newly renovated. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the breakfast staff was so kind and pleasant to greet every morning! Lastly, the location was perfect! Nice central area, close to city center and we had two different metro stations just five minutes away. Only downside might be that the building is quite old. The walls, doors and floor in the rooms could need a renovation. But it didn't affect our stay negatively in any way. All in all, it's a good low budget hotel that is clean and gives you all the necessary amenities you need for a pleasant stay!

It's a bit depressing. The kind of place that hasn't seen renovation in a long time and there's a distinct odour in the hallways. The walls are dirty, the bathroom was moldy, old stains, corroded furniture. I think they only have apts to let, I had much more space than I needed. No slippers. I only tried the breakfast once. Very basic, poor coffee, no veggies, no diversity. Pros: it's a roof over your head. The water pressure and temperature were great. Good blinds. The staff I interacted with were very friendly. Well connected, metro, supermarket near by.

I was upgraged to the penthouse suite which was OK - dated furniture, kitchenette with just a few spoons and forks, very basic. The aircon in the living room wasn't working, and it's south facing with 3 large windows, and 33° outside. It was roasting in there. Consequently i only used the bedroom and bathroom, so the upgrade was wasted on me. However, the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant looked nice and had a good menu, but i had made other arrangements. The staff were lovely and the location is great. Right next to Marques do Pombal and the park is right opposite. Plenty of parking nearby and Parque metro is 5 minutes walk

Nice hotel near the Marques do Pombal circle. A bit hard to find, but a good location to access the Avenida. Nice staff. The room was fine, maybe a little dated. Just enough amenities to make a short stay pleasant.

The hotel is closer to many metro and bus stop. The room was excellent, spacious and confortable, also very clean. The staff is friendly. They were very good option for me. Thank you very much.
