Basic hotel really. You have to order your breakfast the night before. The bathroom fan wasn't working properly. The bed was comfy. The location was central. The staff were friendly and helpful. 24hr reception. They were digging up Rua da Prata when we were staying there, so we had to walk the long way round the fet to the central part of Lisbon. I would recommend this hotel for the location.

This hotel is an absolute gem! My partner & I initially chose this hotel for the location, but couldn’t be happier with our entire experience! The room was clean & equipped with all of the essentials. The large towels & extra comfy sheets were a bonus. What really made our time here so extraordinary was Diogo who made the entire stay above and beyond! Not only was he such a delight for our initial check-in, but also took the time to give us his expert opinion on the area & how to really maximize our time in the city. His recommendations covered everything from food, music, sights, and other must-do’s. We had such a great time that we changed our plans and decided to stay an extra day to hit the things we missed on our first day. When we went to reserve another night unfortunately they were booked solid but Diogo took the time to call a partner guest house only one block away & reserved us a room — which has already proven to be equally as charming. Thank you prata boutique hotel, but especially Diogo for creating such an exceptional time for us while here

Good hotel, good location for central Lisbon. Room well presented and clean, had all amenities you would expect. My only complaint which relates to the room we stayed in, room 405, was a continuous noise from AC units mounted outside the room an the "balcony". Which did disturb our sleep.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
