Stay away! It has mold on my bedding. When we opened the door, we smelled mold. Really bad. We booked 5 nights and asked to change room. They said they don’t have any room that night. But they do have a room for the third - fifth night at their sister property which is two buildings down. The worse hotel I ever stayed in Euro. I booked it since the review was not bad. But I am really disappointed.

Beautiful Apartment but the view from terrace is average. I had here kettle, microwave, stove, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. But my kettle didn't work. Check in was very quick. Hotel is in very good location, very close to shops and interesting things.

Quaint modern little hotel with good staff, clean well kept rooms and above average room service. Its proximity to central Lisbon was great and the Metro station is literally outside the hotel. Considering the size of their entrance and lobby which is really small, I was pleasantly surprised by how big their rooms are. The only slight drawback would be a lack of in house dining options available after hours but this can be remedied if you're up for a quick walk on either direction of the street where you can find late night dining and shopping options.

Nice and clean. Just steps from the Intemende metro station. Took us a while to figure out the air conditioning so was very hot our first night but now the issue is solved and we are quite comfortable. Small fridge and safe in it. Very large bathroom for size of the apt. If you need a wheel chair or have mobility issues then this place is too small and difficult to access to recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
