        Apartment looks very good at first glance. Nice and clean (except for a little mold in the shower). Main minus point: the beds. They are really terrible! You can feel the springs of the mattress so I could hardly sleep. Previous reviews show that this problem has been known for years. Unfortunately, nothing is done about this. Just like the not working doorknob of the bathroom. After being stuck on the toilet for several minutes decided not to close the door. Furthermore, the drain of the shower was clogged, so we could not shower for more than a minute to avoid flooding the entire bathroom. And then two small points of improvement: shelves in the closets, now you only have hangers. And hooks to hang your towels would have been nice. All in all, not worth the money!

        The location and room itself is good. But the service was very poor. I know it’s not a hotel, but still it’s an accommodation, right?? We(2 ppl) stayed here for 7 days and they only provided 6 towels total, 2 small toilet rolls (so we had to purchase them from the supermarket), and no bed sheets changes. There was no reception and no message respond to what I sent for a toilet paper request. They ignored and just gave me a notice for the city tax. What the.. the only thing I enjoyed was that one of our favourite restaurant that we found during the trip was only 30 seconds away by walk.

        I loved this apartment. I am giving it 4 stars even though it didn’t have air conditioning - we stayed in early July in 30°C heat and it was still okay without the air conditioning. The one thing I would complain about was the cleaning. Surface cleaning and bathrooms etc were fine but we had to use the fans for cooling and they were so diary that I spent half an hour trying to remove as much dust as I could from them so we weren’t choked by the snow of dust. Clean those up and I’d give it a 5 It was about fifteen minutes walk to Ave de Liberdade and it felt quite safe at night - there were five of us mind you. It was really excellent value too - about half the cost of any other apartments we looked at.

        Awful aparment for stay , horrible. Sink is blocked. Even we told about problem they couldn't solve problem completely. They know we have a child but gave us an aparment with stairs and there is no safety. We insist but they didnt change room because they are full (?). Room doors are not opening easily. I locked in a bathroom about ten minutes. Enterance of room is not suitable for stroller or disabled chair. Aparment is cold there is no heater, we asked for it and they gave it after a day. Lisbon is a nice City , but apart is the worst place I have ever stay in Europe.
