        We made a reservation many months ago and paid in full (excluding taxes). We spoke to a representative four days ago, where they confirmed our reservation for a three bedroom superior apartment. We expected a confirmation email but were instead ghosted. We then called today while driving into Lisbon, due to this lack of communication. During this call, a representative stated that the room was OVERBOOKED and UNAVAILABLE. They then directed us to Expedia and refused to give a name. There has been NO MENTION of being refunded. We now have to no place to stay TONIGHT and they DO NOT CARE. BEWARE!

        Looks like a scam to me. I paid for this on hotels dotcom, but the "apartment" never sent me check-in instructions. They said I couldn't get the code until I sent my credit card number, even though I had already paid on hotels.com. No thanks. I understand there's taxes, but I'm not sending my credit card info to a place with no front desk.

        We liked the Apartment very much! The location is great, you can walk everywhere by foot and the line 28 is just near the Apartment. The Check in and check out worked great with the help of a key Box. Communication with the host was also really uncomplicated. The Apartment itself is very well equiped. There is a kitchen and even a Washing Machine. We had a room in the 4th floor and the view was incredible. We would definitely recommend.

        I don't know what is worse - the building or the hosts. There were rats in the walls!!!! You can hear them when you are trying to sleep which was terrifying. We had to leave the apartment it was so disgusting and so loud. Throughout all of this, the hosts were unprofessional and immature and never met us in person. They cancelled our stay on Booking.com and refused to refund us. They behaved like children throughout and offered no support or care. They didn't answer our calls to the emergency phone number, only messaged on WhatsApp to use passive aggressive smiley faces ":)" The sheets on the bed were covered in stains, we were sent new sheets that were also stained. Towels were dirty. Lamps with no light bulbs in. It was a horrendous experience and I've now lost money as they refuse to refund us. Disgusting all round - people and place.

        I stayed here for a few days and as it was so good I extended my stay, The apartment is very clean and new. It is fully kited out. But the best thing about it is its location. It is located walking distance from all the good things in Lisbon. 2 minutes walk to the best tram, 10 minute walk to the water front, 5 minutes from the best party area and 10 minutes walk from all the top shopping centers . I didn’t get on transport after the second day and just walked. There are many good restaurants 30 seconds away from the apartment too. Plus points - Great location - Amazing apartment - Fully kitted out - Plenty room for storage - Spacious - Clean - Washing machine and dishwasher - Walking distance from supermarket - Minutes away from attractions Low points - It is very expensive. But you get what you pay for. Recommendations: - Get the best room.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
