      The driver fished me at the airport and took me to my hotel for twice the price of regular taxi. But that was ok, the driver was nice and service was good. What I don't understand is that they never sent me the promised invoice even after many requests sent to both their WhatsApp and email address. Looks like the customer is ignored once service is delivered and they've got paid for it. What a shame.

      Just got from our holidays and booked a travel experience with Prime Tour and it was incredible. Barbara, the CEO, welcomed us in a very Portuguese way. She was kind and heartwarming and careful not to overlook any detail. Incredible from someone half my age to own a company. My sincerest congrats Barbara. Although it was heavily raining in the Sintra region and me and my wife did not get to see some hidden landscapes, instead Barbara took us to the village to sample some delicious Torttas and have a wine tasting. Margaret and I can wait to return to Portugal and take another tour. Maybe to Algarve?

      Zero stars, I was approached at Lisbon airport, asking if I needed a car to take somewhere, I said yes, I needed to go to the eastern train, so far good conversation and friendliness, when it was time to pay, I just had cards, none of which the machine read, and as I had no money on hand, it was agreed that a transfer would be sent to pay for the trip, which would be 10 euros, when sent to me. the reference is 110 euros and they call me to explain that there was a financial error, and that I was supposed to pay and they would refund the 100 euros, the idiot believed and paid... it's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't seen the 100 euros.. that was on December 3rd... terrible service.

      A last minute city center airport trip. Obviously the driver doesn't have the change. He goes to all the stores in the neighborhood to find change, only gives you part of it and comes back to give the rest and you never see him again. Gang of thieves!!!! You can drive a state-of-the-art Mercedes and rob people! Obviously he never answers the phone!

      When you arrive at the airport and want to go downtown, take the subway, Uber or taxi, never with a tour operator like this one because they charge you double the price. I took a tour of the center with them in tuctuc and the experience is not bad but quite expensive at 60 euros per person (that is with food). All the tourist spots that I visited in Tuctuc could have been visited by tram and metro without any problem with the rechargeable public transportation card. If you book an excursion with them, they take you back to the airport for free (they never came to look for us and in the end I got a taxi for 10 euros). To visit Sintra or Cascais, go by train, they are about 30 minutes from Lisbon and 5 euros round trip.

        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

        Hotel Cancellation Policy
        User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
        User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

        If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.         Modification and Reschedule Policy
