Was a nice clean apartment with a daily cleaning service. 2 negatives, firstly the tourist tax was not mentioned until check in and secondly toilet paper is not provided.

Our apartment was in the first floor. It is next to the street. We arrived a little before 2pm and the cleaning person was in the process of cleaning. I gave it a very low rating because the bathroom is very small and there was a cockroach walking freely when I got up in the middle of the night. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, no window, so it is very humid and has the mildew smell. We can only open the window in the bedroom and living room, but the windows are quite low and everyone passed the windows can see inside. Beds are OK.

These apartments were great location off a main St in Barrio Alto thou up hill to get there wear flats....they were clean and fresh towels left and cleaned everyday...we never cooked or used any facilities other than bed n shower/bathroom so it was very sufficient for our stay ...Really handy and central apartment 👌

Lovely little serviced apartment. Stayed on the top floor in room 4H. Clean, modern and quiet. Had some issues with checking in with the automatic kiosk when we arrived at 10pm which made for a slightly stressful experience. The phone on the kiosk went to voice mail, ring the number in the email if you have problems.

I thought was excellent! The neighbourhood was great, loads of shops, restaurants and coffee places. The size of the apartment was perfect for us, plenty of space, very clean and tidy, well equipped. It has been one of the best apartments I have been. Definitely 100% I will recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
