Apartments were cozy and in a good location, but the communication from the company was very poor. My mother (who's not very technologically savvy) booked these apartments. Her flights were delayed by a day, so she emailed the services email (they don't have any other contact options) to figure out check in and potentially extend her stay. She wasn't even asking for a discount... just wanted to extend her stay. 3 emails later, she got one generic reply that didn't address her questions and simply gave her check-in instructions. When she arrived, she couldn't get in because the automated system they have in the lobby wouldn't work for her overdue reservation (again, because her flights were delayed by a day). So... it took her 1.5 hours to get into her apartment and only because some people were around to help. Then, she had to book another hotel in the area to stay another night since the company never got back to her about extending her stay. We emailed them a few more times to try to follow up and just didn't get any responses. Kind of a mess and nothing I'd want to put my mom through. If you want to mess with that and get a bit of a discount, then do you. My recommendation would be to spend an extra $20 and find a legitimate hotel in the area.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is in an absolutely excellent location right next to the entrance to Castelo de Sao Jorge, while the large new Pingo Doce supermarket is only 5 minutes away and Rossio metro station is only a 20 minute walk away, while Baixa station is 25 minutes away. The apartment was very spacious, clean, tastefully and practically furnished, thanks to the fans and shading it was pleasant all day long and there were wonderful views of either the castle or the Tagus river and the center of Lisbon (you won't take better photos than from the apartment even in the center of Lisbon) . For accommodation, we would like to especially appreciate the following: - we really appreciate the communication with the hosts - specifically Luis and Paula - which was fast, efficient and without any problems. We always knew who to contact about what and every time that person really helped us. Communication was effective from the time of booking to check-out. - apartment equipment, including wine, capsules with coffee and tea, which were prepared in the apartment - the facilities of the apartment, which were clean, practical and quite sufficient for three people (possibly more), it was completely quiet at night and had a pleasant air during the day and coolness at midday, when it is otherwise hot and stuffy in these places - the location of the apartment, which was right next to the vast majority of important tourist attractions, the entrance to the subway and the supermarket - easy check-in where we just let Paul know and collected the keys from the box based on the instructions (there was no problem even when our plane was delayed) - once again great communication with the accommodation representatives and clear instructions from them...probably the best we have encountered so far in our travels We can warmly recommend the accommodation as an absolute top within Lisbon, for 3-6 people.

Great place to stay...we enjoyed the view from the room of the river outside. We also seen many peacock's outside our apartment. Very clean rooms and all necessities were available in the room. Luis went out of his way to accommodate us even though booking was made by us at the last minute. Highly recommended for your stay and will definitely visit again. Hope to see you soon Luis.

Great place and even a better host. Luiz was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay with him. He went well beyond his means to make sure that we were well taken care of in Lisbon. The apartments were clean and spacious. Will definitely be coming back here and would recommend everyone to do so as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
