        I recently booked a two-night stay at Lisbon Services Apartments Chiado Emenda for me and my partner, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. From the onset, the automated check-in process was both lengthy and inconvenient, setting a disappointing tone for the remainder of our stay. When we got to our room, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant amalgamation of damp and sewer odors, making our stay uncomfortable from the very beginning. The lounge area's furniture did not fare any better, displaying large, visible stains on the sofa and chair which compromised both the aesthetics and cleanliness of the room. Our dismay deepened as we discovered long black hairs on the bed, pillows, and in the bathroom. Despite reaching out to the provided contact number for assistance, the promised inspection of the property the following morning never materialized, leaving us feeling neglected and unheard. To compound matters, mold around the windows became apparent, and after just one night, my partner experienced respiratory issues. Faced with these unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to make the difficult decision to cut our stay short, seeking alternative accommodation and incurring unexpected expenses for a last-minute replacement. Our short stay in Lisbon was nearly ruined by these unsatisfactory conditions, prompting us to request a refund for the second night, which they refused. Attempts to address these concerns with the provided contact number were wasted, we were able to speak with someone on the Friday night who promised someone would be round but that never materialized. It also took 4 attempts on the contact number the following day before were able to speak with someone again to tell them that we were leaving and paying to go elsewhere. In light of this experience, I feel compelled to share my disappointment to alert potential guests about the conditions they may encounter and the lack of responsiveness from the establishment. I sincerely hope that future guests have a more pleasant stay and that the management takes the necessary steps to address these issues promptly.

        Good: The room is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. Very good value and convenient location for a family. Bad: The cleanliness of the sheets and bathroom is disappointing, please see pictures and videos. The sewers that have been exposed to rain are very difficult to clear, and a lot of water accumulates when taking a shower. The toilet flush switch is of poor quality.

        Fully automated, hence not flexible. Our room was ready, but the lock opens strictly at 2:00. Since it allowed check-in, we climbed up to the 3rd floor with luggage (lift was out of order), only to find out we can't access our room. Spent 30 minutes in a nearby coffee. The room itself has mold around the windows. Everything is poorly built and weak, it just looks good on photos. Fridge is squeaking. All night long. Kitchen is basic, poorly equipped. Threatening signs to do my dishes, else they charge me. Luggage locker took 2 x 2eur coins but didn't lock. Helpline says it is not their responsibility, they do not care. I mean... Whose responsibility is it? No response on the complaint email.

        On arrival the hallway lights not working making the entrance dark to access the room, there was only toilet paper for one day, no kitchen paper/towels, Michael did however resolve the lights/paper within two days and the non-working TV box fixed. Dried food left on cooking utensils, hair in the shower, mould around the bathroom sink, food and hair in the kitchen area floor even though it was supposed to be cleaned prior to arrival, only enough detergent for one clothes wash, although Miichael provided more after discussing with him, the kitchen sink drainer is rusty, the washing machine is shared with two apartments, not mentioned in the listing and the outside cupboard where the washing machine is has cockroaches. On the final 3 days before leaving the outside door lock was broken, anyone could walk into the complex. A cleaning crew of 3 ladies also entered the apartment without knocking, I was later informed this was a mistake, would not recommend this basement apartment at all.

        The appartement was very clean and well furnished. We had a wonderful stay. Some reviews and pictures indicate old furniture and dirty rooms, but the room we had was a 10/10.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
