        Fantastic location, close to shops, bars, cafe’s and interesting sights. So easy to check in with the key code system, despite missing being greeted by a real person, it was extremely convenient and easy to navigate il with them he added bonus of not having to worry about arriving by a specific time. To make up for the lack of human contact at the beginning, my very friendly and accommodating cleaner made up for that! I would happily come back.

        Our overall impression is good. Nice location, although quite noisy. It did not bother us, because this is the specificity of the location in the very center. The apartment is practically furnished, everything works, the air conditioning is very efficient, it is also clean. It's a pity that a good impression is spoiled in the end. Luggage locker was broken (#4). We lost our coins twice and still couldn't leave our luggage and had to spend our last hours in Lisbon lugging our luggage with us. In our case, the peak-end rule worked great. A poor end to a very successful experience.

        Good localization. Rooms could be clearer though - leftovers under the bed, dirty floor in bathroom corners and black grouts. Don’t use paid luggage lockers - they’re not working properly, tried 3 times. No help from the support - you have to deal with it on your own…

        Good Location. 12 minutes away from the train station to Cascais and Sintra. service is nearly non existent... They call it virtual because you literally do not see anyone that can help. Rooms are made daily although really fast and they hardly clean.. they mainly make the bed, empty the trash bins and change the towels. The rooms are good, not spacious but good enough. There was an awful smell in the entrance, elevator and on each floor...just like it had never been cleaned or it was cleaned with a really bad and dirty mop. The main entrance never shuts, so not that good on the security side. Anyone can walk in. It is written that one of the services is the 4 storage lockers for just 2€. Well they never worked, we tried all of them. No one was able to help (Virtual Reception) and the lady on the VR phone didn't help at all... She just kept repeating the steps and said nothing else and she had the decency to say "I am happy that I helped". I visited the same place 2 years ago and now the quality has decreased a lot. It is disappointing.
