        We had a fantastic stay at this flat in Lisbon for three nights! The location was superb, offering easy access to all the city's attractions. The flat itself was impeccably clean and maintained to a high standard. The virtual reception was convenient and flexible, making check-in easy and fast. I would suggest that the management consider adding clearer indications regarding flats starting with the letter 'B' to signify that they are located in a different building with a separate entrance. This would help guests navigate the property more easily and prevent any confusion. The daily cleaning services for the flat and the option to have towels changed as needed added an extra layer of comfort and luxury to the stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for a Lisbon holiday!

        The entire room smells like sewage, dirty toilet. I came to celebrate my anniversary and was supposed to stay here for two days. The service and manager were rude. I have never experienced something like this. I could t sleep there the first night. The hotel wouldn’t Help us. They refused to refund us or help us. The plumbing has problems and the smell comes back. Don’t recommend staying there! You’re better off in a hostel in shared rooms.

        Rooms are fine and clean, location is also good - leaving a 1 star review for the horrendous customer service. See below. Really disappointed with the so called 24/h concierge service they say is offered - really not the case. My friend and I who were staying at the apartments were robbed at knifepoint (this description doesn't even explain how serious the situation was) very nearby to the apartments (on Monday 23rd October in the evening) on our way home (about 1-2 streets away from Green street which is right next to this location). We had no phones as they were stolen, thankfully my friend had memorised the door code or we could have been completely stranded. We called the concierge once inside via the free phone and were told someone would come to our apartment at 09:30 with a phone - no one arrived and when I contacted the property via email after leaving the country and checking out early they told me they said 10am and not 09:30 (which was not the case) and no refund for the two unused nights after early check out would be possible. We left early as we were extremely distressed by the experience (FYI we contacted Portuguese police as soon as it happened) and weren't sure if our stolen phones could be used to access the building as we had pictures of the codes on both of our phones. Understand it's not the responsibility of the apartments to look after individuals however considering this happened so close to this location was surprised by the attitude and lack of care.

        I am writing this review from the room itself, which hasn't been cleaned in 3 days. The first day I didnt put any tag on the door while the following days I place the tag "please make up my room" on the door, nevertheless it was not made up. After 3 days without cleaning the room, we called the Client Services Centre and the Manager gave us a very bad attitude, asked us to talk to him in Portuguese and gave us no solution but said "seems there has been a misunderstanding". I come to this accommodation to be in a clean space and enjoy my holidays without cleaning it myself. They are charging me for cleaning services but not delivering, this is a fraud. Besides, the room is very noisy, we keep hearing our neighbors and the street.
