Tiny toilet/shower in the floor shared by all, poor drainge/insulation around the tiny shower leading to wet floor that didn't get cleaned/wiped so had to walk on standing water if late to take shower Bed was narrow, with uncomfortable/old mattress, and the sheet was so small/non-fitted that it moved off mattress once I sat on bed, and found myself wrapped around by the sheet when woke up. Not comfortable at all. :-( Location is close to 2 metro stations, and away from extremely busy tourist area. That and lack of disturbing noise were the only positives about this place.

The location is great, near Metro, city center, sightseeing. My room had no chairs, can only sit on bed. Only bath towels are provided, no hand towels. The TV set has improperly crimped cables - those will fail quickly. I should have brought my crimping tool! This is far more like a hostel - "Lisbon Suite Hostel" would be a more accurate name. The safe luggage storage is to put all of the luggage into the check-in lobby - there are no tags or tracking. The WiFi is good. The lift/elevator works, but it looks very old. There is a kitchen on 4th floor with a lot of rules - you can cook a meal there, but cannot 'camp' in the shared kitchen. The elevator looks antique. I am not thrilled about being able to see wiring in the gap next to elevator door.

It's hostel rather than apartments. It reminds me of rooms for rent in shared accommodation. Some of the rooms are ensuite. Budget accommodation in perfect location, spread over few floors. Lift in the building. Our room was spacious, cleanliness could improve. Tiny bathroom with broken shower head. Supposed to be smoke free property and people respect quiet time from 22.00 till 6.00 but both policies aren't respected and staff doesn't do much to force the law. We stayed there for 2 nights and have an issue with guest below us. Lad listened TV full blast till after midnight. Staff asked for help sorted problem, but apparently only for one night. Next evening we had same situation, but were too tired to run the floors, so we used earplugs. Rooms and bathrooms need TLC and a bit of maintenance work. Apart from that we had a reasonably pleasant stay.

Very friendly owners. They really make you feel like you are part of their family. Very clean rooms and 1 minute away from the metro station. During our stay, there was no noise as I read in other reviews (apart from some dogs and car engines in the morning which is absolutely normal when you live in a big city). The main entrance door sometimes is unlocked which is indeed not ideal but we also experienced some evenings where the door was locked and we had to ring the bell. Maybe a good recommendation is to keep it locked 24/7. Other than that, everything is nice. I wish you all the best and thank you for the hospitality, Katerina & Florin

Rooms are extremely small and unclean as i saw a cockroach or a bed bug on the sheets. Please spend a little bit more money and upgrade to at least a somewhat decent stay. Hotel can really decide the enjoyment factor of your stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
