Well the place is quite nice but they can improve more. The room is too dark for me. With a very dark wall with combination of black grey and purple color also low lightning make the room have a dark ambience. To add more when we enter the room it is quite smelly like a smell of unused room. So it do feels creepy. The water heater is also broken, there is no hot water at all. I arrived there quite late so I decided not to call the room service because they might asked me to move to another place when I already unpacked my things. It will be too tiring for me. But overall, you get what you pay. So it's an okay place if you want to stay only for 1 night and didn't plan to spend lots of time in the room.

Well I had twice stay in here. At the first time it was so amazing, the reception was polite and helpfull, the room also so clean and i got smart TV as well. But the second time I stay here, it was terrible cause the reception was unfriendly, the tv was broke, and the toilet also not clean tho. I hope they'd do better next time. Thanks.

They try to look elegant by using purple and other ornament. The cleanliness is so bad. I found something nasty inside the book menu. I like their shower but they dont have shower cap!!! The shower will make u wet all over. The food is splendid for 3stars hotel but some menus isnt fresh

Second time to stay here. First time is for 11 day This time is for almost 1 month. First day come here this hotel is very terrible. No water, Room AC too noisy, no headrest on bed. There is no word to say but ANGRY IS A MUST!!! Should I spent the other 25day with this condition??? NO WAY!!! Search for a better room of course that is can operate normally. Looking by my self, from room to room and I find it!!! There is a package on laundry that is very budgeting for longterm stay. Management is not run very well i think. Service is so so only. Not recomended at all...

Interior color were too dark for me, made me feel unbrightly. Bathroom size was so small as well. Pillows i think need replacement. Location is ok, but car parking was too tight. Hotel staff quite warm but security guys on outside need more smile and helpful. Rate and meal are OK.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
