We had a late flight into Hanoi and then an early train out - so this place was perfect. The staff were helpful and arranged an airport pickup for us. The guesthouse has a great aesthetic, I really like the decor. The room had everything we needed and the location was cool - behind the Cuban embassy and near the train station. For the price, I think this is an excellent option for a stay in Hanoi

Honestly my favourite accommodation I stayed at in all of Vietnam! The rooms are super cute. The apartment is in this really beautiful old gated community complex. Service very friendly and very helpful. And the location is central enough that you can walk to most touristy spots.

this place is in a quiet back Street near to everything. The 2 rooms I stayed in are super charming with a lot of detailed touches and provides for all my needs. Lan was very quick to respond and helpful. I would book this again on my retum and recommend to my friends.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS IF I COULD. The homestay was located at the very end of the alleyway, in a little gated alley of its own. The room was small but comfy. The prints and colors chosen looked intentional and artistic, and the furniture were both pretty and functional. The bathroom tiny but very clean. And there was hot water! The balcony was a dream! Such cute little potted plants, and overlooking the alleyway! Check in and check out was a breeze and our hosts replied quickly. They provided a space heater, which was very thoughtful given how cold Hanoi can be! There were also all sorts of amenities that we did not expect for a place of this price range. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
