As many other reviews have stated, the host and staff here are very nice and helpful. I loved their hospitality, we definitely felt very welcomed. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in right away. Our room was clean, it was on the first floor but still had a nice patio & view. The host taught my boyfriend how to use the motorbike and get some practice in using her own bike before calling a rental one for us! She instructed us thoroughly where to get cheaper gas and which route to take. Stay with them your next visit, you won’t regret it!!

Recommended. The rooms are big and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place is very nice, quiet and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, they offered to store our luggage and let us use the bikes for free after our check out. Also, the location is perfect if you want to stay in Tam Coc, it is close to the main street full of restaurants and spas.

Best place you can stay in Tamcoc! I was arriving at 4am on a Sunday and the owner Mr Xuan kept awake to pick us up. We were greeted with the brightest smile & the warmest security guard who was hyper helpful despite the language barrier. Everyone working here is super happy and the room was very comfortable with consistent hot water to shower. There is bicycles to rent and it's a nice short walk to everything! Highly recommend! :) H

Great place to stay when visiting Ninh Binh area. The location was convenient but away from the Tamcoc chaos (They offer a scooter for 120k a day or provide the bike for free so you can get to all attractions easily); the host was very present and friendly; the rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and with all amenities one would need. The breakfast was also rich and surprising. We stayed two days and we had banh mi and toas on the first day with tea/coffee and smoothie and banana toast the next day. The only thing it disturbed me was the dampness in the first floor room, you can smell the wetness and the towels etc would stay damp. I think it’s related to the local weather but a dehumidifier might help.

Lovely place to rest and the service is excellent! The environment is lovely. While it’s not in the middle of town, it’s within walking distance to foods. Staff are extremely helpful to book bikes rental. We highly recommend the place to travelers ❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
