Ray and his team did a super awesome job at our last stay. They make sure we are comfy and happy. The service level is very good and everyone had so much smile on them ! Can’t wait to go back again ! Highly recommended !

Great hotel extremely close to the major attractions of the city. The staff were pleasant and the decor was amazing to see. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided and would recommend this as a fantastic option if you are visiting Malacca.

The staff of Liu Men hotel have been incredibly sweet & thoughtful. Not only did they decorate the room for our special day, they also offered a generous amount of snacks & drinks. Their homemade pineapple tarts were so delicious that we decided to purchase a box back home. The handwritten card by the manager was really sincere & it really touched our hearts. Apart from their amazing service, the hotel is also situated at a convenient location along Jonker St. The cleanliness of the Kapitan room is top notch & the bed is absolutely comfortable so we will definitely stay there the next time we visit Malacca!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a courteous and attentive staff who were incredibly responsive to all my needs. The hotel itself is exquisitely decorated and radiates a sense of tranquility. It's conveniently located, allowing you to explore the entire city on foot. I only stayed for one night, but I wished I could have extended my stay. The combination of exceptional service, a beautifully designed hotel, and the convenience of its location made this stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and immersive experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
