Great service throughout our stay, staff were friendly and our stay in the Atlantic Room was luxurious, jacuzzi tub is included and bed was comfortable. Views of Cape Town were beautiful.

We had a great time at Living Hotel Lion’s Eye. The place is beautiful and the view amazing. You can’t do better if you want to stay in Camps Bay, for this unbeatable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back on our next visit.

For the price you absolutely will not find a better stay. Hospitality was amazing, breakfast was delicious, the penthouse was unbelievable, and the views were breathtaking. Close enough to walk to the downtown strip in Camps Bay(by the marley hotel and Starbucks) but far enough away to not have all the traffic. Was really an amazing place to stay. We were staying at a different hotel a few nights and were sad to leave Lions Eye. The penthouse is a little more expensive but definitely worth it if you can make the upgrade. It is stunning.

Absolutely loved the location and the view!!! The penthouse was stunning and very clean, breakfast was delicious and the service was great!! One downfall is that the living room area is not private as first floor guests have access to the room and are also able to hear conversations or entertainment coming from the room.

I cannot comprehend the service I received here. The hostess was great and very personally invested in our happiness at the property. It was homely but away from home . Most beautiful view from the penthouse. Clean. Beautiful ambience. Well priced and a definite come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
