We had breakfast here today and it was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful, indeed exceptional and excellent service. Also, the buffet had a great variety of things and the coffee was superb. Thank you. We'll definitely be back for breakfast.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Living Hotel in Munich! We came for Oktoberfest and were very happy with our hotel. Not too far from the grounds and very close to the river with beautiful views. Service was great and the room is clean and in good shape. Great value for your money!

Its a nice place to stay if you have business near by. Otherwise not the best location for staying in Munich. Overall hotel is good, rooms are spacious and clean. They also have sauna and gym available free with the room codt.

I booked for two weeks. The reception staff is excellent. Cleaning staff was not. They did not clean my room properly e.g. taking out the trash, vacumming etc. I made a note and informed front desk and they were sympathetic and promised I will receive better cleaning next time. One day before, I left the room and i found 1 dirty towel placed outside my door it appeared to be placed (i took pictures). I came back and there was a second one placed! Dirty towels, I took a picture and reported the incident to front desk. Very disappointed and overall felt disrespected because it appeared non of the other guests received the same treatment. I wondered of it had anything to do with the fact that I was the only woman of color I'd seen during my during at this place. Very hurt and very disappointed.

Large rooms that are clean and comfortable, although a bit out dated (not an issue). I was shocked to see a lot of the rooms have a balcony (or Juliet balcony), which is very nice to sit and relax. The location is perfect on a pretty quiet and safe street right near the park and river. We were able to walk within minutes to great coffee, beer, and food options. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to check us in early when we arrived

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
