        It's not a 4-star hotel. There was no professionalism, even when we checked out, unfortunately. I think the problem may also be because I'm Thai; I can speak and understand the language. The words the staff used, their conduct, and their customer service were very poor. My boyfriend and I had previously stayed at Hotel Amber Pattaya. They were what a 4-star hotel should be in our opinion. In contrast, LK Legend is a 2-star or at most 3-star hotel because of their spacious room. The problem we faced at LK Legend was that the reception could not find my name in their e-mail system. The staff member working alone at reception was visibly stressed out. She had mentioned she was new, so we told her we'd come back later when her senior is at work (after 12pm). In the meantime, we had left for brunch, and I had written my full name, phone number, and e-mail for them to find in the system. After leaving, I later decided to call them myself (30mins before the actual check-in time) to see if there was any progress. In the end, they managed to find it. They had thought I was one of their other customer that had cancelled their reservation and wanted a refund. Of course, there was no apology for the mix-up; just excuses. The lack of communication was unreal, too. My understanding of the situation was that if we had not gone back to personally convince them we did not cancel, we would have lost our accommodation. I would like to believe the three employees were trying their best to keep the hotel running. Though there was a lot that needed improvement.

        Good sized bedroom but air conditioning very very noisy , must service, microwave not working but changed. Good swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room but all let down by no lighting???? Staff aware but seem to think 6pm all shut???

        A good place, looked but didn't stay. No cooking facilities apart from microwave. A little remote but not too bad. Very nice large rooms, all with 2 loos.

        Location is a tad far from all the hustle and bustle but that in turn gives you a quiet night's sleep. Service was as good as it gets. Everyone is willing to help.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
