Nice but old hotel. Could upgrade/fix some issues like the faucet in the shower. Hotel is located beside a heavy trafic road so expect som engine sounds when you sit at the big terrasse. Not that bad with door closed.

I was very impressed with the facilities and charisma of staff. I would surely book again. Breakfast was outstanding and meets top standards. The gym was well maintained and serviced with equipment for 5 athletes at any one time. The staff are genuinely special and caring

Excellent location on the border of northern and central Pattaya, a few hundred meters above Terminal and Central Marina Shopping Center. Near Naklu beach. Excellent service. The only problem is the flower petals, probably hibiscus around the pool, falling into the pool, which makes the water taste like hibiscus tea. A little sour. the water is clean but has some taste. I didn't find out if it was from the flowers or the chemicals used to disinfect the pool. Deluxe rooms overlooking the pool are more beautiful and larger than superior rooms. But regardless of that, the price is also different. Breakfast The buffet in the restaurant is varied and suits all tastes. Use the Bolt application to use the Taxi service. Very transparent business and you know the price of the ride in advance. 7-Eleven market is in the immediate vicinity as well as Thai restaurants. The general conclusion is that the hotel is certainly a good choice.

My wife and I checked out a day or two ago and for the price the place and the location it was amazing. Also the complimentary breakfast was really good. Staff were super friendly and also organised us in house massages. can be on the pricey side but what do you expect when they come to your room. I highly recommend and we will come again next time with the kids. Thank you mantra pura staff for making our holiday amazing. ❤️🙏

Rooms were compact and water was getting clogged in the wash basin. Overall I would recommend it for 1-2 days. However breakfast was awesome and there were a lot of options to choose

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
