        I gave 1500 as a deposit but when it come time to check out.. they said my room is fine and clean. They refused to accept the fact that i have paid 1500 bht as my deposit and i never received it back. I do have proof. Lucky i took photos before the staff ripped up the piece of paper… I highly recommend not staying here, unless you like to lose your deposit for no valid reason. Thanks :)

        Rooms are very good and room service too. But they have lots of issues of wifi. We face issue in check in. This property have issue of staff and management too. There is many ownership property too. Breakfast is too good for Indians. Neighborhood is too good. Traveller gets transportation near by too. Swimming pool is clean but lots of chemical added.

        I recently stayed 3 days in this resort, and we had very good experience here first of all rooms are very well decorated, spacious and cozy . They have Indian food restaurant which serves fresh hot food. Mr sandip who manages there everything is very cooperative and treated us like family. When we reached there I realised that my keys of suitcases are missing and i got panicked, that where i will find person who can cut lock to open my suitcase. But as soon as we asked them to help they send a person with big cutter in no time .thank you for quick help . Their massage center is really good they are so polite and great at their work . Location is too good all the famous places are at walking distance.

        It is a good hotel with affordable prices. The main lobby took a vectorian style which is amazing. There is cars parking area, swimming pool, ATM in the lobby, daily breakfast buffet is good. This is the 3rd time im staying here over the last 8 years. There is 2 buildings for this hotel, Building A contains Delux Rooms, B is for superior rooms. The rooms are good, AC’s working perfectly, the hot water in the shower could be better tho. Also the flush in the toilet was not working so i had to call someone in the hotel to fix it. TV was there but no channels! Also the rooms needs some renovation in the furnitures as its getting old. Its the same furnitures since my first visit. There is plenty of laundry behind the hotel with better price than the hotel. Also there r many arabic restaurants behind the hotel on the way to VC hotel area. It takes u 15 minutes to walk towards The Walking Street area. Overall its a good hotel comparing to the price which require some renovation. I recommend.
