        Disastrous experience with the stay. They don’t provide standard rooms and upon asking to change the bedsheets while cleaning, they clearly deny for that. The services are pathetic and the breakfast is pathetic as there are no options. There are no cleaners at any point of time. Washrooms need more cleaning as there are no dental kits available with them as well as no basic vanity kits. Avoid staying at this hotel and try to find something better at this same locality.

I'll save you the trouble and sum it up in one word: dreadful. First and foremost, this place lacks even the basic standards of service you'd expect from a motel, let alone a hotel. It's essentially a tennis club that slapped some rooms on top of it, and it shows. The breakfast they offer is laughable, the Wi-Fi is virtually non-existent, and the staff is either disinterested or downright rude. Most of them seem more interested in their smartphones than assisting guests. Language barriers further complicate any attempts to communicate. Now, let's talk about the room - a dirty, neglected space with a dead cockroach as an unwelcome companion on the bathroom wall. Light bulbs not working? Forget about getting those replaced; they simply don't care. The remnants of the previous guest's paperwork left behind were just the cherry on top of this terrible experience. Oh, and don't expect a peaceful night's sleep. The weak AC and inadequate window shades ensure that the sun and noise from the tennis courts below will wake you up at the crack of dawn. It's clear they have no consideration for their guests' comfort. In conclusion, do yourself a massive favor and steer clear of this place.         It was our second time staying at this hotel. Once in 2018 and everything was great. The second one was not that much good as we expected.. The bed was not double, it was 2 single beds which has been put along together and the worse part was the huge space between two beds during sleeping.after 3 nights they changed our room due to my several requests ,But the bed was same! Bathroom needs more cleaning. The air conditioner started water licking, I said to the reception, but they didn't do anything. after all, comparing to my first experience staying at this hotel most of the services and quality turned down,.

        It looked promising from the outside but was a disaster on the inside. Maybe there are two class rooms if you look at the pictures as our first one smelled and had wet towels. The second fixed the bugs but the bathroom was a total mess (a lot of water leaked out of the shower) and had a floor to ceiling window. Totally overpriced, since we found a much better hotel 500m away for half the price. Max 1,5* and not 3*
