We stayed here originally for 4 nights but we extended till 6. The owner was a very nice, friendly and caring women! The place was very clean, new, the showers was nice, the bed was nice! It is easy to walk to the city centre and we enjoyed our stay! We could also park our bikes at the garage.

We had great time in Loc Phat Homestay. Owner is very kind women and she give us good information about Hoi An. She arranged tickets for Memory show. Homestay is very lovely, they have cafe within homestay with great coffee anf smoothies. You will not regret if you choose Loc Phat for your accomodation. We were group and had 3 rooms and all rooms where excellent.

What a wonderful, inviting, warm atmosphere to stay in. Linh has great communication and many local recommendations of food. The rooms were spacious and clean and the lush garden made the stay very tranquil. I highly recommend Loc Phat!

Loc Phat Hoi An Homestay is a place we would love to go back to when we next visit Vietnam. Ms Linh who owns and manages the Homestay is a ‘one-woman-army’. Under her watchful eyes, the Homestay is a highly comfortable place to stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and neat and clean. The place is full of greenery due to a very well-maintained garden, which adds to its serenity and tranquility. Ms Linh was gracious enough to provide a hearty and sumptuous breakfast to us. On the whole, it was a memorable stay there.

Convenience location, only few minutes by motorbike to the center. Room is clean, full essentials such as hair dryer, kettle, safety box at a surprising rate per night, we dont really expect there will be a safety box in the room. The host is super nice, they profile bike rental at vnd20,000 per day too

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
