This B&B is really cool! It is in a lovely old building. It made me feel like we were living more like Florentine people rather than the tourists that we were. The hosts are amazing! Mira really helped with tips about the city and where to eat. She responded right away to my queries on whatsapp. We met both Mira and Francesco later in our stay. Lovely people! It was very quiet at night and we usually turned in around 9 as we were typically pretty tired from being on our feet all day. The bed was a little firm for me but my wife had no complaints. We stayed in Camera degli Spezziali from Nov. 2nd to Nov. 7th of 2023. Breakfast was an experience. You go about a block away and step into a narrow store that can be super busy and you can choose 2 pastries each. You also get two water bottles and two coffees. The pastries were good but mostly we chose the take away option and breakfasted in a nearby plaza.

Worst experience ever. The owner of the property refused to grant me access to the room I paid. Unfortunately, I booked through Booking dot com who deducted the amount before my arrival. I had some business engagement before I traveled, so I called the hotel to confirm my room, however they insisted that if I arrived after certain time, i will not be allowed to enter the room i booked and. Despite the several trail to explain the out of hand delays I have, they kept adamantly refusing and insisting of not granting me access. In short, i was scammed by the hotel owners and they charged me without providing any service. During my discussion with the owner, she explained that if I come late, no one would be present in the hotel to check me in !!! When I asked her of what will happen if an emergency happened in the hotel during afternoon or night times, she literally said “the guests have all emergency numbers and they can call it” so you can imagine that not a single security guard or even a single security camera is present at the property. In other words, the guests are working for the hotel owner during night time to take care of the hotel. This is totally unprofessional and unsafe place to stay in. I do not recommend this property to anyone who might be concerned of his safety and security & in the same time the place has the most arrogant and unprofessional management.

We loved staying here! The hosts were incredible - extremely kind to spend time giving us excellent recommendations (every single one was perfect). The location can't be beat - walking distance to everything but a bit more of a quiet local feel. Super close to a delicious covered market and unbelievable food a stone's throw away. I also loved the cafe for breakfast - so delicious ! I would absolutely come stay again!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
