The Loden Hotel was amazing. I think the thing you would expect from this type of hotel are all as you would anticipate. Amazing restaurant, exceptionally clean rooms, beautiful decor, incredible location and view. What really takes it over the top though is the things that are unique to it. The fact that Loden is a boutique hotel with charm really gives it an appeal that the larger hotels don’t carry. The boutique feel does not carry the description though as boutique does not always mean incredible. More as though it is Bespoke. It’s all the details that feel as though they are custom made for you, is what makes this Hotel a 5 star rating. Right down to the singularly important front desk staff. They are, without a doubt, the best I have had the pleasure of interacting with. They somehow always knew my name, anything I needed - they went well above what was expected, and so on. The Loden Hotel continued to impress me every day I was there with how kind they were, the nice things they provided us from treats in our room, hand written welcome notes, courtesy London style car, bikes and more. I will stay at the hotel every opportunity I have, you should too.

How refreshing. Absolutely wonderful service. A warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival along with valet parking made our check in easy and relaxed - thank you for that. Our corner suite was perfect for us and our dogs. Lovely turn down service with iced lemon water and a few goodies (I so appreciated this!!). We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner at Tableau along with breakfasts in our room. We often stay at Granville Island Hotel and while it's lovely to explore Granville Island, the service level and room cleanliness of the Loden will make this our regular return spot. It feels like home here. Thank you to each person for your kind service and for making our stay so very wonderful. Happy New Year!

One of the best hotel experience I have had. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room is a good size and we loved the layout where there is a panel sliding door that can separate the bathroom from the sleeping area. There was a handwritten welcomed note with chocolate on the desk waiting for us. And glasses jar of lemon water by the night stand. The slippers were the nice fluffy kind which I loved. I loved the amenities, smelled good and the quality is quite good. The bath towels were so big, my favorite kind! The bed was amazing! Two large feathered pillows and the sheets made me wanna stay in bed all day long! ( I think there is a pillow selection you can choose the kinda pillows you want) I would definitely recommend and choose to stay here next time I am in town!!!

We stayed here 15 years ago when we got married. We returned to celebrate our anniversary and the Loden’s as well. Well, the stay was perfect from start to end. A lovely stay, with nice touches. Staff seemed to be falling over themselves to be of service. We were provided a north west facing room that had us enjoying the view of the North Shore Mountains capped in snow. Dining twice at Tableau, we enjoyed an amazing dinner and lovely brunch. Our car was parked at the hotel and to our delight. Our car was given back to us with a full charge! How awesome. Would come back an a heartbeat. A true gem in Vancouver.

It feels like 5 stars isn't enough when rating this hotel. We would give them 11 Stars if we could for providing a wonderful stay during our first trip to Vancouver. Very personal, kind staff who tried to accommodate all requests with a wonderful attitude.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
