Great location, amazing view to the Hollywood sign. The staff was very friendly and it has been a great pleasure to stay there. Extra kudos for posting my post cards as I did not find any mail boxes around. Only negative side is nothing to do with the hotel: the area itself is not the safest, it is full of people wanting to sell things and homeless people. Also the guests next to me were a bit loud, so I could not sleep. More sound proof rooms would be a great idea to invest in.

Every person at the property was helpful and quick with any housekeeping request. It was so nice not to have to wait hours for a small request of extra towels. I would have liked more on-site dining options instead of walking out to the mall, but at least there is a lot nearby in the mall. Ideally located for walking in the touristy part of Hollywood.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and fantastic location. The bed was so comfortable and very soft. The hotel is in a great location right on the hall of fame. There is a secure entrance directly from the mall that connects to the dolby theatre and the walk of fame shops. I felt very safe in and around the hotel. The amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed the heated pool at this time of year. Staff are very helpful and valet was very convenient. We look forward to staying again.

Been there for one night. Room very nice clean and location is very nice. Valet good service they're take care everything front desk very professional big smile but when you leave please check on your credit card I've been charge 4 times almost $400 + 250(1 night) for overcharging. I've been wait for 3 days to let's them correct it but nothing happen until I called them to resolved it. How about i didn't check on my credit card transactions?

Great hotel. We stayed in a junior suite. It was much more spacious than we anticipated. The hotel would get 5 stars if the daily Destination Fee ($28) actually covered services that we could use. We didn't use any of it other than the Internet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
