This is a nice hotel that for a reasonable price offers rooms slightly bigger than its segment usually does in Tokyo. The hotel looks fairly new, is serviced by friendly and helpful staff with decent understanding of English. Accommodation offers more or less "business hotel" standard, with additional bonus of more interesting room decor than in other business hotels I have the pleasure to live in. Calling it a boutique would probably be too much, but definitely there is a touch in that direction. Located within walking distance to Shimbashi station, also close to Toei Mita metro line, close to two different convenient stores and Maruetsu Petit grocery - IMHO all the basic necessities you need as a regular tourist in Tokyo. Plus is: the hotel is a bit away from main street, making its neighbourhood quiet. Minus was the construction works next to it that were a bit disturbing during our stay (may 2023) - some noise, some dust. I would appreciate information about it attached to the offer before I book, alas we learned about it only at arrival. A huge plus, especially if you travel in a bigger group as we did (two couples): the upper floor common room. It offers place to sit, eat and socialise and it offers really nice view on the Tokyo rooftops with Tokyo Tower in the background. There are coffee/tea machines there, microwave ovens and launderette next to it, so you can relax and do the washing in the meantime. Worth to mention is also that the launderette, although small, is featured with two new washer/dryer machines, which saves you reloading your stuf between the devices in the process. From my experience such common space is quite a unique feature that really sells the place!

I love the Lof Hotel!. 9 minute walk from the train station which is lovely as nice and close but also not too close so it's nice and peaceful when sleeping. There is 7 eleven close by and easy walking distance to everything . Rooms are lovely and clean and can see tokoyo tower from level 12 where free tea and coffee for guests. Laundry machines as well. Lovely people work here and super friendly . I highly recommend this place. We from nz and love it!

I'd read reviews saying the LOF Hotel was far from Shimbashi Station. It was only a 15 minute walk so not too far. It's actually in a nice, quiet part of Shimbashi, away from the busy restaurant / bar area (but close enough to easily walk to this area). The hotel was modern and comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself (a larger 16m 'Standard' Double room) was large (for Tokyo), quiet, sleakly decorated with everything I required including a safe, Flat screen TV, kettle, private bathroom, bath products etc. The bed was large and comfortable. Housekeeping was done every 4 days to keep the room price down but I could put my garbage out for collection every day. The top floor lounge is comfortable, had a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower and great (free) coffee in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay at the LOF Hotel and hope to stay again soon.

I appreciated my holiday time in this hotel. The position is good, many mini markets in the area and the street is quiet. From the 12th floor, where you can find coffee machine, tea, water dispenser and washing machines, you can also admire the Tokyo tower. It is beautiful at night! The rooms were clean and they all have boilers and tea cups. WiFi available and bathroom accessories available at the reception. The elevator works only with the key card.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
