Stayed 2 nights in the loft Astoria. It’s a big space with lots of room. There are 2 armchairs but not very comfortable for relaxing. Could be better with a big sofa which would fill the space. It echoes a little. Kitchen has everything you need. Microwave., fridge, dishwasher, kettle, cups plates and cutlery. Bathroom is nice with shower. We found the apartment quite warm and struggled to sleep. Air conditioning is not that great but it was 35 degrees outside so May not be an issue in normal summer weather or other seasons. Tv with cable tv so plenty of English channels for us.

Terrible location : constant traffic and sirens. The disorganized ‘host’ hung up on us as we tried to access our reserved roomkey, saying she had sent the information. In fact, she sent 14 repetitive emails, the last 2 under an unrecognizable address. Other baffled guests were also in the lobby, trying to get into their rooms. I do not recommend. We paid $50 fees to stay elsewhere: happily.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price. The hotel staff and receptionist at the office are super welcoming and helpful🙏 The hotel room that I was staying in was, unfortunately, not so luxurious / pleasant as I had hoped for. The water trap in the floor drain in the bathroom was partially blocked and smelled. It could easily be fixed with a service inspection. Possibly an odor barrier.

Great location, very close to the metro. Online check-in is very easy and there is no time limit. Rooms are big and clean! Everything is there, like pots and pans and an oven and a microwave and even a washing machine I would definitely come back!!!

Location great, rooms are nice but beds are really uncomfortable and linen and pillows are really the lowest quality, towel are insufficient.. Position top, price fair, need to improve services. No reception, no housekeeping during the stay, no welcome tea, coffe or water, poor hungarian hospitality

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
