        We couldnt enter the hotel on our arrival day and couldn't reach out anyone. We had to stay in another hotel. And next morning when we go to the hotel they said we should have called them to receive the PIN code. (Which we already have but couldn't enter) And also our booking was 1 double bed with special bathroom the room they provided was 2 single bed with shared bathroom. What worse was they did not even want to help you and make you feel guilty and act like it's your fault that they didn't provide enough explanation about their hotel check-in.

        As soon as we arrived , my wife and I noticed a strong humidity smell. We entered the room and could not stay there more than 5min. There were 2 common washrooms on the 2nd floor, one of them out of service and the other was worst than a public toilet. The guy at the reception was so rude and only cared about money with no other options of refund or else! Unbelievable! We paid for 3 nights without sleeping there! Unhealthy hotel do not go there! What a Scam! Do not go there!

        BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Horrible hotel and customer service, we came at 10:30pm and left 15 min after seeing the room which reeked of humidity and moisture. The mattresses are filled bed bugs and the common washrooms were filthy and half were out of service. There was no one at the front desk, we contacted them to advise we were leaving, left the room 15min after untouched and they refused to refund us. Please beware! You will find amazing 3 stars hotels for 20$ more down the street where you wont put your health and body in danger (humidity moisture & bedbugs).

        Front desk guy (the short guy) was extremely rude and condescending, he did not appreciate our friend visiting the room, kept yelling at us, and was telling us he thinks he is better than us and saying that people “like you are liars”. It felt very racial. We’ve never seen someone act like this. He started swearing and saying the f word all the while we kept telling him to relax. please do not stay here staff is very rude and AC does not work.

        I WAS SCAMMED! i paid for a rate on booking and i got a call from la loggia fiorentina saying i would have to pay 90€ more because on booking they had made a mistake and sold a room that was no longer available. The manager of la loggia fiorentina said he couldn't give a refund and that it wasn't his fault. Never happened such a thing I recommend to stay away from this place

          Booking Policy
