Overall good price for what you get. The Hotel is nice but I found my room a bit small but had everything you would need. It has a shopping area right next door with restaurants and stores so great for that

Very good location close to Haneda Airport. There are multiple bus stops around the block, as well as the Shinagawa seaside underground. Shinagawa mainstation is 15-20 minutes by bus or metro. The "oval garden" is right outside of the building. Around it you can find a Lawsons, family mart and 7-11 as well as several other shopping options. The room is a decent size for Tokyo. It was clean and had a view down to the oval garden. The common area near the reception has a beautiful view of the harbor. There's also a ping pong table and a designated smoking room with added ventilation. The internet was strong and stable during my entire stay. Coffee, tea, newspapers, and several other amenities are provided 24/7 near the room elevators. Lastly the staff is very friendly and speak some English. Overall I'd recommend staying here next time you're in Tokyo.

I went there 2 mths ahead of intended stay dates to book for my relatives. A young lady served me at reception. She was very polite, helpful and patient. I made reservation without any payment. But unfortunately, plans changed. Its now 2 weeks before stay dates and I went there today at 2pm I was pleasantly surprised to see this young lady again. I informed her of reason to cancel. She was very nice and understanding I really appreciate the kindness of the staff at this hotel. This hotel will definitely be on my list to stay in the future. *previously the staff was very kind to show the room before I made the reservation..

Rooms were clean and functional. Location was great and staff were all very nice. Only complaint was that the air conditioning was all under one control as to whether it was heating or cooling, so even setting your own room's thermostat to the lowest possible option didn't mean anything if the hotel had the air set to heat. It would just blow hot air. So there were a couple days where we didn't have much airflow because we had to turn off the thermostat so warm air wasn't blowing in.

The only plus point here is the location near a big Department store. The rooms are big but carpets are dirty. Shows the lack of staff in Japan.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
