The grounds and pools are stunning! A mix of Riad vibe but with gardens. We were given one of the smallest rooms it seems with twin beds (maybe because unmarried?) other standard rooms seemed much bigger. But there were shared lounge /balcony areas. Hot water was very on and off. We did tell receptionist and he said he would send someone but it was still the same. (Maybe normal for the area?) Food was nice. Nice romantic feel at dinner time. Breakfast was okay. Service was good. Not far from the centre. (But can’t walk to anywhere) Hotel happy to arrange free shuttle at set times or book taxis for you. We enjoyed being out of the city. Overall lovely hotel. Just wish we had a better room and hot water. Gutted the small pool area was not in use too but we went out of season.

Nice hotel with beautiful garden and a few pools. Breakfast was average, without warm dishes, but although it was fine. One disadvantage was a dog howling and barking pitifully (on the property situated on the left side of the hotel). It was so heartbreaking when we were hearing it for a couple of hours! We tried to do sth but no one responded. Please try to help this unfortunate dog!

We stayed here for a few days over Christmas and it surpassed all of our expectations. The hotel and gardens are stunning, and we enjoyed the beautiful swimming pools despite the chilly temperatures. We had a family suite which was very spacious and comfortable. All of the staff that we met were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the grounds were peaceful with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again if back in Morocco.

Stayed here with family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel each day and never had a bad meal. The food is fresh and tasty. The hotel is outside of Marrakech which makes it much more quiet and pleasant. If you are looking for an oasis removed from the city but close enough to taxi in, this is definitely it.

Positives: The hotel has a magnifitcent(!!!) garden with fantastic pools. There are various trees, plants and flowers and exploring them with a toddler was part of our faily routine. The food was tasty and the shuttle service was always on time, with very informative drivers. Negatives: It’s a very French-centric hotel. If you don’t speak French, prepare for being misunderstood on a daily basis by the majority of staff. Also, the rooms are not in the best condition - the water temperature in the bathroom was totally random, the shutters on the windows didn’t work (there were bird nests where they should fold into!), the bathroom was covered in limescale. In general we’ve enjoyed our stay but the fact that every day there was something not working / the staff made a mistake was frustrating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
