Booked flat 3 for one adult and two children. We only received bed linens and towels for 2 people. There was no linens for the sofa bed. I called and emailed many times and was assured I would receive them by 6pm on day 2 after the 3 of us slept in one double bed after a long tiring flight on night #1. We still did not receive them by day 2. I received an email informing me that they did not receive a response from me even though I emailed and called multiple times. No credit or refund offered. Location is good and flat is nice but service is absolutely horrendous.

We selected Flying Butler - 50 Vincent Square London for its location (which was very good) and for the fact that it had a washing machine/dryer. We were coming from 2 weeks travelling in Europe and having a washing machine would allow us to wash our clothes. The issues we experienced were - - the dryer did not work - No kitchen sink plug - no tea towels - toaster did not work - dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher - blinds in the bedroom did not work properly We advised Flying Butler of these issues, and a maintenance person attended the flat on day 2. The dryer did work for one cycle then stopped and did not work again. Tea towels were left, and the toaster was replaced. These issues were raised with Flying Butler who offered a small amount of compensation, claiming all the issues were resolved. Some other issues with the flat were that the shower was difficult to operate with 3 controls and when pother residents walked up and down the stairs it was quite noisy. There should have been no issues with the flat for the money we paid for the stay. It was disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend Flying Butler.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
