A 5 Star Stay at the London Marriott Hotel County Hall From the moment we arrived, Darrage's warm and genuine welcome set the tone for a truly memorable visit.What truly distinguished this hotel was the consistently courteous and professional staff. Every associate we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The hotel's location is superior, offering breathtaking views of the iconic River Thames. Nestled in a historical gem, the building itself adds a touch of grandeur and cultural richness to the overall ambiance. The blend of modern luxury within a historical setting creates an unforgettable experience that sets this hotel apart. Adding to the charm, our stay coincided with the opportunity to enjoy a play at the Old County Courthouse next door. The production, titled "Prosecution of the Witness "a short story and play by British author Agatha Christie. was a delightful surprise and an excellent addition to our London adventure. The proximity to cultural events and the thoughtful integration of neighboring attractions into the guest experience truly elevated our stay. In summary, the London Marriott Hotel County Hall exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the superior location and stunning views to the historical charm of the building and the unexpected theatrical delight, our stay was truly five-star worthy. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and culturally enriching experience in the heart of London. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay exceptional!

We had an overall fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is great for folks that want to have access to the common hot spots as it's right next to the London Eye and across the bridge from Big Ben. But even better is that there is a bus station in front of the hotel and down the street is a major metro station so getting to the and from most areas was simple. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I thoroughly appreciated how they constantly greeted us with a smile and good morning/afternoon/evening. We had a room that had a beautiful view of the river, London Eye, and the adjacent garden. Normally I would've been a little weary of a room that faced such a busting area but between the dual double-paned windows and the blackout drapes, we didn't hear any noise or see any lights when everything was closed/down. The bed was comfortable and was perfect for helping us fight jet lag, I fell asleep almost instantly after a long day of traveling and exploring the city. Everything in the room was clean and well kept; the toiletries were high end and you have access to the higher quality amenities such as robes, slippers, and a scale. The club lounge was nice and served breakfast, happy hour, and snacks at certain points throughout the day which was lovely. Gym is on the smaller side but was able to get the job done. There's also a indoor lap pool which is great for families or getting a good swim in. The only two gripes we had were: 1) It took an hour for the bellmen to bring up our suitcases from so we unfortunately missed a dinner reservation because we couldn't change clothes 2) The hotel is very large, and there's only one set of elevators on one side of the building, so if you have a room on the opposite side of the hotel (like we did) you'll have a decently long walk just to get to the elevators to exit the hotel. A set of stairs an alternate entrance to the hotel on the side opposite the elevators would be a great addition if that is at all possible down the line. Otherwise, I would certainly come back to this property and I look forward to doing so during my next trip to London.

A wonderful stay at County Hall during the holiday season in London. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and views were amazing. Would highly recommend this property! Breakfast in the Library was a delicious, peaceful way to start the day.

This was truly a five-star experience! Harsha at the front desk was incredible - very thorough, kind, and had a wonderful playful sense of humor and just great customer service all around. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - a perfect mix of modern and old-world charm. The views from our suite where spectacular. I loved having a balcony on the top floor that overlooked River Thames, the London eye, and Big Ben. I really appreciated the warm touch of having complimentary wine and cheddar biscuits, and a cute card delivered to our room as well. It made us feel very special to be titanium elite. The food at Gilroy's was fantastic both in the restaurant and via room service. Although we were only here for a weekend, it was easily one of the best hotel experience I've ever had and I cannot wait to visit again.

Hotel did not have the room I reserved, construction on the floor with plastic on rugs and signs requiring respirators for workers. Room itself was large but nothing special, with damaged curtain. 3 star room (being generous) in 5 star location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
